Matthew Crump
Vice President, RTI Donor Services
Matt Crump was named Vice President of RTI Donor Services in July 2019. In this role he oversees RTI Donor Services, a not-for-profit organization that partners with tissue recovery organizations in acquiring donated tissue on behalf of RTI Surgical.
Before joining RTI, Matt served as Chief Operating Officer at Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research (LEITR) in Tampa, Florida, where he oversaw Eye Banking operations and was heavily involved in the successful transition of RTI Donor Services’ Florida Recovery Division to LEITR. He previously held leadership roles at several other tissue donation organizations, including New England Donor Services, Tissue Banks International, Donor Network West and OneLegacy. He is active in the American Association of Tissue Banks as a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist and has held several leadership positions within the organization.
