Ken Sandifer
Senior Vice President, Cook Biotech Commercial & Integration
Ken Sandifer was named Senior Vice President, Cook Biotech Commercial & Integration, in January 2024. In this role he is responsible for CBI’s commercial activities and the integration with RTI Surgical.
Ken has more than 20 years of experience operating and advising product and field service businesses across multiple verticals, ranging from privately held businesses to divisions of large corporations such as General Electric, United Technologies, and Aramark. Prior to joining RTI, he served as Principal at Sandifer Consulting a business management consulting firm; and Managing Partner at Firstsight Group, a business intelligence firm; where he developed go-to-market and operations strategies for clients and led organizational design initiatives.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
