Jody Phillips
Chief Financial Officer
Jody Phillips, CPA, was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2022. Jody has over 30 years of experience as a financial leader in the medical device industry and has worked with startups and private equity-owned and publicly traded companies. Before joining RTI, Jody served as Executive Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Exactech for over 20 years.
Jody earned a Master of Accounting in Accounting & Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. He completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
