Cara McCammon
Vice President, Operations, Cook Biotech
Cara McCammon was named vice president of operations at Cook Biotech in February 2024. In this role, Cara oversees the operational strategy, support and management of the West Lafayette, Indiana facility.
Cara has 19 years of experience in medical devices and xenograft processing. Most recently, she served as Vice President of operations for Cook Biotech, where she developed innovative processes to support manufacturing scale-up, created a compliant human tissue quality system and commercialization plan, and created a robust supply chain to meet the business’ operational needs.
Cara earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
