Chad Croasdale
Chief Commercial Officer
Chad Croasdale was named Chief Commercial Officer in June 2024. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in executing RTI Surgical's commercial vision as the CDMO of Choice in Regenerative Medicine Solutions.
Prior to joining RTI, Croasdale served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of 270Surgical, a product development, branding, product positioning, commercial strategy and business development company. Croasdale also held leadership roles at Stryker, where he spent 18 years in roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing before serving as VP and General Manager of Stryker Communications, Endoscopy. He earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart College.
