Kim Spooner
Chief People Officer
Kim Spooner was named Chief People Officer in June 2023. She has over 20 years of human resource experience focused on people-centric solutions to drive organizational performance. Before joining RTI, Kim led HR initiatives and programs that enhanced the employee experience, fostered a positive and inclusive culture, and supported growth in the healthcare industry at the Steadman Clinic, Women's Care Florida, Zelis and CVS Health.
Kim earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College.
