Kevin Breeden
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Breeden was named Chief Operating Officer in February 2024. With a focus on accelerating customer-centricity in our operations, Kevin is responsible for RTI’s Operational Excellence strategy and driving our culture of continuous improvement.
Kevin brings over 25 years of business and operational experience to RTI. He has held executive-level positions with many medical technology companies, most recently as the Senior Vice President, Tissue Technology Operations for Integra Life Sciences. Before Integra, Kevin held leadership roles at Miltex, Inc. and Dentsply/Sirona. He has extensive experience in leading global compliant operations, with a deep understanding of production and regulatory requirements in tissue technologies, surgical devices, medical instrumentation, and dental anesthetics. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and playing golf. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the York College of Pennsylvania.
