Contractor Safety

Dear RTI Contractor,

We appreciate the valuable service you provide to RTI Surgical.

While onsite, there are certain safety expectations that we need you to understand and follow. The video below is a brief 12 minutes long, but it represents a good outline of these expectations. Please have all of the employees working at RTI view the video, then complete the online form and submit it to RTI so that we can have a record of your employees’ training. This training is required once per year.

When the video is over, please fill out the Contractor Safety Video Form to attest that you have completed the training.
