Hetal Patel
Chief Growth Officer
Hetal Patel was named Chief Growth Officer in July 2023. In her role, Hetal has responsibility for the OEM, PRS, and Sports commercial channels and the Marketing and Commercial Operations teams. Hetal has over 20 years of general management, commercial (sales and marketing), and P&L experience in delivering customer-centric growth. Before joining RTI, Hetal held senior leadership roles at multiple operating companies at Danaher. Before this, Hetal had leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, IDEX, and Plexus.
She earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
