Vice President, Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Christine Thomas was named Vice President, Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs in August 2020. She Joined RTI Surgical in February 2020 as the Regulatory Affairs Leader. Thomas has significant expertise in securing, sustaining and optimizing market authorizations from innovation to commercialization and post-market surveillance, and building lasting alliances with the FDA, global government agencies and notified bodies.
Prior to joining RTI, Thomas was Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Cardiac Science where she revitalized Regulatory processes and procedures, secured FDA PMA and Supplement approvals, collaborated with BSI on medical device registration transitions, and managed Regulatory and Clinical due diligence responses when the company was successfully acquired by Zoll. Thomas also held regulatory leadership positions at Smiths Medical, Vascular Solutions and American Medical Systems (AMS), Boston Scientific and GE Healthcare.
