Health Insurance
RTI offers full-time employees (30 hours or more) comprehensive health insurance
coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. We offer three plans to
choose from each with four levels of coverage. RTI pays a significant portion
of the premium for any of the selected coverage levels. Pre-tax deductions
are withheld bi-weekly through payroll deduction and coverage begins the first
of the month following the employee's date of hire. The rates are as follows:

Dental Insurance
RTI offers three levels of dental coverage to choose from. RTI pays a significant
portion of the premium for any of the selected coverage levels. Many diagnostic
and preventative services are covered at no charge. Other services such as
crowns and orthodontia require co-payments. Some pre-existing conditions are
not covered until coverage has been in force for twelve (12) months. For employees
located in Florida, a participating plan dentist should be selected in order
to obtain the maximum benefit from the plan. Employees not residing in Florida
may select the dentist of their choice. Pre-tax deductions are withheld bi-weekly
through payroll deduction and coverage begins the first of the month following
the employees date of hire. The rates are as follows:

Basic Life Insurance
RTI provides $50,000 of coverage for natural death and $100,000 for accidental
death at no cost to the employee. The coverage also provides dismemberment
benefits.

Voluntary Life Insurance
This plan allows employees to purchase additional amounts of life insurance
coverage on himself/herself and on each eligible dependent(s). The maximum
coverage available for the employee is $500,000, the maximum available for
spousal coverage is $100,000, and for each child the maximum available is
$10,000. Any amounts applied for that exceed $140,000 will require approval
by the carrier.

Short Term Disability Insurance
This benefit provides partial income replacement (60% of base earnings,
up to $700 per week) beginning on the 15th day of absence due to illness or
non-work related injury for a maximum period of 11 weeks. RTI fully covers
the cost of this benefit.

Long Term Disability Insurance
This benefit provides partial income replacement (60% of base earnings,
up to $8,000/month) after the short-term disability benefits cease. Benefits
can be payable up to age 65. RTI fully covers the cost of this benefit.

Section 125 - Cafeteria Plan
Employees have the opportunity to pay for dependent care expenses and qualified
medical and dental expenses with pre-tax dollars. These flexible spending
accounts are approved and governed by the Internal Revenue Service guidelines.
Employees can only make changes during the year if a qualifying event occurs.
Any deposits not used within the calendar year are forfeited.

Voluntary Vision Plan
This plan provides a benefit option that covers all routine eye care including
exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses. Single and family coverage is available.
To obtain the maximum benefit from this plan the participant must select a
providing physician. Pre-tax deductions are withheld bi-weekly through payroll
deduction. The rates are as follows:

Ancillary Voluntary Benefit Plan
Allstate offers insurance policies to help supplement primary health insurance
plans by providing direct-to-the-policyholder cash benefits, to fill the gaps
in traditional health insurance coverage, such as deductibles, out-of-pocket
expenses and loss of earning power. All levels of coverage are payroll deducted
on a pre-tax basis with the exception of disability insurance.

Retirement Benefits
Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan)
The 401(k) plan allows employees to set aside a portion of their salary
and defer income taxes on savings. Employees are eligible to participate in
the plan after 90 days of employment. After 1 year of service, RTI will match
a portion of each employee's contribution. Employees are 100% vested in the
employer contributions after 3 years of employment.

Tuition Reimbursement Plan
RTI provides financial support to employees for education which leads to
improvement of skills or other knowledge, which are directly related to a
work position at RTI. Tuition reimbursement is available after one year of
service for full-time employees for courses taken for credit, which are successfully
completed at an accredited college or university.

Employee Assistance Program
RTI offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees at no cost
to the employee. This program provides confidential counseling to employees
and their family members.
